Most of our leaders have come from our leadership development programs. On a very selective basis, we recruit experienced managers from industry, and a few top MBA programs. We look for a leader who shares our values and perspective on how you go about building a great and enduring company; someone who thinks like and wants to be a general manager. We look for an individual that will take the time to learn our business that we can fast-track into a leadership role within two to three years.
